  • Standard U.S. shipping: $19.90 per order (2–7 business days after processing)
  • Express U.S. shipping: $29.90 per order (faster transit — great for gifts and deadlines)
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $189 — two pillows ship free
  • International: carrier rates (USPS or DHL Express) calculated at checkout

Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email the moment your pillow ships. Most standard U.S. orders arrive within 2–7 business days of shipping, depending on your location. Need it sooner? Choose Express at checkout.

International Orders

We ship internationally — exact rates and carrier options (USPS or DHL Express) are shown at checkout once you enter your address. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by your country; these are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping rates. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us with a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Returns — The 60-Night Risk-Free Trial

Every Angel Pillow comes with a 60-night risk-free trial that starts the day your pillow is delivered. Sleep on it — used pillows are accepted back within the trial. If you're not sleeping better, email support@theangelpillow.com with your order number and we'll send a free prepaid return label (U.S. addresses) and refund the full purchase price, including any sales tax, within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. International customers: the 60-night refund applies to you too, but return shipping back to us is at your cost — email us and we'll walk you through it.
